Description

Pendant Cable Repair Kit

The Teach Pendant Repair Kit includes the Universal Robots OEM cable replacement for non-3PE and 3PE teach pendants.

There are two options that can be selected:

Option A (Recommended) - Vectis Repair

Option B (less common) - Self-Retrofit

This option involves sending the pendant to Vectis for diagnosis, repair, and shipment back to you. This is recommended because sometimes the pendant cable is not the only issue with the pendant, and Vectis can facilitate a repair with Universal Robots with the information gathered during diagnosis.

If not already completed, please start with a Free Diagnosis - RMA and send the pendant to Vectis. We will then reach out to you once we are able to identify the root cause solution.

This option involves Vectis sending the cable to you for self-retrofit. While this can be the quickest option if the cable repair is the only issue, we caution against this selection because sometimes additional repair is needed by Univeral Robots. The process can often be delayed when compared to sending the whole pendant to Vectis.
